State of emergency in North Rhine-Westphalia! Four inspectors from different departments have already been killed. There has never been a comparable series of murders in the history of the state. But a hot lead is missing, the investigators are groping in the dark - and the pressure is increasing ... Finally stopping those behind the insidious murders - this is the common goal that investigators from different cities are to swear to: All of them have been in contact with the previous victims. Peter Faber and Martina Bönisch from the Dortmund homicide squad and their colleague Nadeshda Krusenstern from Münster are there. The investigation team also includes Inspector Rettenbach from Oberhausen and Inspector Mitschowski from Aachen. Inspector Ziesing is joining them from the Paderborn criminal investigation department, and Inspector Möller is coming from Düsseldorf.
